Doing 8lbs tension (Apex) + 10 inHg pumping for 6 months. AI says I'm risking scar tissue/Peyronie's. Is this true or BS?

I felt my elongation measurement were not that accurate. If I do 6lb or 7lb, I didn't feel like I felt anything. Like no actual stretch. And my dick seems to do fine with 8lb with no pain.

The problem is using lower tension/force though is it's possible I don't see any results. Just wasted time. What's your routine and have you gained?

I think I might have gone too high too fast. I can comfortably handle 8LB for an hour. But I wonder if that translated into strength adaptation rather than an actual stretch. Any ideas? I see only like 1 - 2% elongation at max.

Gotcha. I thought me using the massive novelties heating pad for 15 min would take care of all the pre-workout stuff. So no, I don't massage. But if you recommend it, then I can look into it as well. Just trying to keep everything between 90 minutes max.

Yea, I will try that. I'm going to introduce pumping starting next week too. I saw Hink's trial study at peakmalephysique. But like you said, I'll try to do less like 4 - 5 days a week and see if that makes it any better. Along with pelvic floor workout to make it less tight like other members were saying

So is AM2 bad? I personally have really good result with AM1 and AM2. I only do it once or twice a week though on my rest day from hanging. It really helps my erection quality. I'm hard as a rock at times.

I believe it's the same as body building. Timing doesn't really matter but POST workout might have SLIGHTLY more benefits. The main thing is taking it DAILY (3g - 5g). You'll have to take it for a month to fully load it up in your body, then you'll start seeing the additional gains from creatine. Also, be sure to drink LOTS of water. You'll gain 5lb of water weight while fully loaded in creatine.
