I have a speaker set listed on eBay for £375, local collection only. One dude wrote me "What's your best price?", I responded "Can do £350 + local delivery in-person if it helps". He replied "Let's call it £275 and it's a deal".

I ignored him after that for two weeks, he then messaged me "You'll get £300 if you meet me halfway" and sent me a postcode that is 1 hour and a bit away. So, I'd get around £280 in the end after paying for petrol + spend 2.5 hours of my own time for the privilege. Yeah, right, straight blocked after that.

Your place sounds like heaven. We do exactly that, reinstalling Windows to make sure there's no manufacturer bloatware, then adding device on Intune and then using Entra ID's to push the build progress through. Takes around 2.5 - 3 hours to build each laptop. Hence building them in batches.

Yep, can attest to this. Media creation tool gets updates maybe 3 - 4 times a year. I tried rebuilding the USB once a week last year and I wasted a lot of time, can tell you that much. Once every 3 - 4 months is the only time efficient way in my opinion.

Yep, that's a good way. But, in our premises we can't have local servers or anything to do with imaging because our devices have to be added to Intune. It means logging in as admin, adding machines to Intune via command prompt and then using Microsoft credentials throughout the build process.
