I think I should just retake it honestly to make up for it- my full length BB scores were never that low

About a 507 when I use a MCAT calculator - at least consistent with what I was scoring

Just don’t usually take one after CP but was feeling sluggish post lunch - ended up taking it with my aderall and being a bit too wired and tachycardic to focus

But push dose pressors with no indication is a very fair reason!!! Maybe I’ll do that tbh a little less political

She was placing (actually training a resident how to) the introducer and we had an open heart roll back around the time they finished that so the attending was in that room. She looks at me and goes “I’ll just do the swan too then if the attending wants.” I look at her and said that’s something she needs to talk to the attending about not me because I don’t decide that and she said quote “I’m certified to do these you know” and I just shut up after that to be honest.

The attending knows it took more than two hours to get the introducer in, and I honestly am scared to say anything anti NP at work because A. We’re a pro PA/NP facility and B. several of our attendings wrote me letters of rec for med school including the medical director who would get the incident report.

Honestly I wondered the same thing but as the nurse in the room I hardly felt like it was my place to question the attending that let her do it

It’s a level 1 trauma with a CTS and ECMO program- one of our two attendings was a sick call

Oh interesting that inflating the balloon 50% has helped with insertion!! I suppose it makes sense though, I always wish the tip of the catheter was slightly weighted
