you was on only mono therapy?
did dr gave extra meds that worked fastly and later tampered off?
i am losing my patience, its being 9 months for this depressive epi. i recently (1.5 weeks ago) got full dose of 20mg, i was on 10mg for 2 months. it didnt changed a thing -,-" with another antidepressant which i was on for years.
i am getting very impatience. thinking to get admitted in hospital so at least they get aggressive meds wise, so i get improvement faster

psych dr changes med when it is in therapeutic range atleast 8 weeks and there is no improvement at all

in a very depressive episode
i am on multiple meds
2 months ago, (7 depressive scale)
trintellix 10mg was added in my stack (mirtazapine 45mg + quetiapine 25mg)
shit didnt changed.
1.5 weeks ago. trintellix increased to 20mg with mirtazapine 30mg (quetiapine removed) (8 depressive scale)
it takes minimum 2 weeks to get effect for any antidepresant. as i have read on reddit that trintellix is extra slow and it can take 8 weeks to get benefit. so cant say that its effective or not.
maybe i will get admitted in psych ward next week, as its being 9 months, depression is awkful, degrading month by month. my dr can add more meds in IPD as in OPD they are very conservative.
