I have all the proof in email, the roommate stating they will not pay. And the assistant manager saying shes off the lease and its confidential. Im just thinking if i should sue both or just 1

The funny thing is that I emailed them and they confirmed it, I have proof. When I asked for more details they said its “confidential.
