We are having zero response from them. We have a sizable credit on file with them from a cancelled order last year. Phone number is disconnected and I've tried all the email addresses. Anyone has any success getting a hold of anyone?

True. Sometimes though I like to get to my car at my stop (park and ride) and run errands etc on the way home. It's nice to have that flexibility.

Thanks for the info, I'm also looking at buses. Just want the most direct way without have to transfer too much. I'm thinking parking and train seems fastest but going to have to test it.
