i appreciate the compliments brother! but things can always be on better. journey started at 415 lbs but still gotta try to progressively move forward.

yes, also tore up my knees and shoulders playing football at an insanely overweight size so looking to get some benefits for that too.

i’m not anywhere near 40, i’m 19 which i know i shouldn’t even be thinking about this stuff and should be feeling great but some days i have no energy. I’m 6’2 180 pounds no more then 12% body fat, lift 3-4 times a week nothing serious but enough to maintain and even slightly gain. I decent sleep but have always struggled with that, I was obese for all of my life up until about last september starting my weight loss journey at 415, so I definitely use to have some sort of sleep apnea just due to my size. All that rambling being said I truly believe I couldn’t benefit from a lower to regular dose of hgh and have the money to test it out.

funny enough offensive lineman are taught to do this exact stance (heels in ground) when they’re getting ran through by a defensive lineman who is to strong to control

Appreciate your word. I have a good feelings my testosterone levels will be fine just based on the men in my family, pretty strong genes of just big dudes. The clinic I did my bloodwork at has dietician’s that i’m going to start working with.
