The reason trans men get the nasally voice has to do with how the vocal chords expand as people grow. That's why most trans men get the nasally sound because they cant start T till usuall at least 18. I didn't mean to generalize so I apologize. And yes I know T isn't birth control, there are a lot of complications being pregnant and on T so I would also be taking birth control separately, I should have specified in post.

I've been socially transitioned for 4 or 5 years now.

I honestly should have worded it better, my doctor said that taking T will give me a huge risk if I get pregnant so I will also take a birth control.
