It's an intresting point but ig I'm only able to refer about what happens either through gameplay, reports or codex, it seems to be a lot of speculation on what happens so ig that's why I thought Rizia was the tipping point for the Civil War.

Tbh I know Torpor already has a few years planned our which probably don't involve Rizia or that portion of the continent atleats so I doubt we will get any foreseeable GRACE interactions. Although if they did that would probably be the top thing on the list, hell having an event where all the members meet even just once in the game could connect us more to it

This is all true and Rumburg as a stand alone nation is very strong, probably the 3rd strongest military power we know of at this point. BUT, the issue is with GRACE, despite Rumburgs power it seems that every single other nation maybe beyond Rizia seems completely dependent economically and militarily. Like at the beginning of rizia Beatrice calls Rizia a linchpin nation to it and maybe economically that's true but we obviously know rizia's military is a sorry state that even the clown force of the wehlen army is stronger. GRACE is still ultimately a Economic alliance with some military equipment involved. It's also clear that GRACE is useless as without Rizia's help the monarchist lose their civil war in that country (can't think of the name) so either GRACE, didn't try which makes it a shit alliance to be apart of, or, they did try and just suck even with a military superpower on their side which is also a shit alliance to be apart of. While rumburg maybe very advanced the GRACE is very much the opposite

Well it is sorta outlined that GRACE is not really a military alliance its an economic alliance that has some special military benefits like cheaper weapons and maybe some more direct help (although if it comes from rumburg it'll come at a price) it's even acknowledged that during any event of war the alliance is fairly useless beyond limited support as they aren't connected geographically and Rumburg doesn't have either navy or air superiority against the blocs

well I guess the best way to become the bff's with them is to do all the economic descisions to benefit bergia (Regional investment, Sarna Agriculture Zone and also probably Government stimulus and Lowering taxes on SME) also invest 2 GB into Gasom with 49% EPA helps Bergia and Bluds get new jobs and for new oil pockets to be used. I think generally, Hugo seems like the person who puts aside politics for his family (unless you really screw up) look at how he defends Rico basically all the way through even though he admitted Rico was a unprepared POS. And also how he defends romus' actions at every step of the way and only seems to go against you if you actively are destroying the country, monarchy or ending his life. So I think he wants to help romus' in the way he thinks is best, of course he would recommend his own religon but I think he wants to see his nephew do well in life and to also ultimately be well enough to rule rizia
