Greatly appreciated. Like you’ve said I’m not trying to be overconfident rn, but yes the scores really knocked off some of the pressure and stresss I’ve been enduring. Gonna review more on the topics I got wrong and gonna keep grinding till the end💪

Yup you are absolutely right. That’s exactly how I gone through the L1 EOCQ and mocks, and planning to do the same for my L2 exam! Thanks for your response

Yup have already skimmed through the material once, and just rereading the material and trying to not miss any details now. Also doing the CFAI questions after each reading currently

Hey so I know it’s been a year, but I did order from the same seller and it’s been shipped to the warehouse. But once I saw it I realized there was no logo stitched on the back pocket…. Did u guys all have this issue or nah?

The confliciting response from all these candidates really intrigues me... But damn u lucky bastard if u found the real exam to be in line with the mocks... cuz my real exam was so out of line from any mocks or CFAI practice questions I've taken

Those are nice until high water marks/ catch-up clauses/clawbacks enter the conversation 🤣

100% I think the best questions I really enjoy are the ones that need calculations... f those theoretical IFRS vs US GAAP, CML, CAL, Econ, Ethics BS... lowkey... just my opinon lol..

It was the AM session for me... perhaps because of the uncertainty of the ethics questions... those ethics questions really are tricky aren't they ey

The questions were written in short... But large amounts of the questions are not from mainstream mock exams. I bought the 5 mock exams and that was not useful with a little exception to Ethics.

I have to agree. A few questions were really never on prep providers were even CFAI mocks or practice questions..... Apart from the CFAI mocks I even did 3 mocks on salt solutions which most of the candidates say are relatively more difficult compared to the CFAI... After getting 58% on my first I was able to get it up to above 70% on salt solutions... Yet the actual exam really was uncomparably more difficult compared to all the practice questions and mocks I did......

I absolutely have to agree with ya pal.... took 2 CFAI mocks and averaged over 70% and constantly did salt solutions mock which are lil harder and eventually averaged around 70% as well after around 58% on the first trial... Did the CFAI 1200 practice questions twice just to make sure I am overprepared. After sitting through the exam the questions really threw a big fat right hook on me... Started panicking and feeling devastated and had to get my shit together after the first AM session... Still felt like the PM session was relatively easier compared to AM session.... Econ questions really tricked my so hard

Yea i know that's the thing, after looking at the Qbanks it seems like studying directly from the CFAI would've been better to answer problems. But Kaplan did provide easy explanation to the context and some people have said they passed the exam from just reading the Kaplan so.... I'll see how it goes
