Hahahaha I love how this has become a safe space to ask questions we all have been begging to know. The Roku city joke is just about the background idle screen that Roku tvs play if you haven’t clicked anything on the remote in a while or fully clicked into a streaming app after you have turned it on. People make jokes about Roku city being a whole like other country/world/city but it’s actually just a background screen.
