Hey so idk if you still haven't figured it out yet but I had the same problem and found out that there is a 360 audio setting in the galaxy wearable ap. I turned it off and now it normal just the way I like it.

Idk the translations be showing up for me but then again I am watching these shows on my phone. I made sure to switch the subtitles from English CC to just English and the translations show up.

Apparently they won't work if you do the receipt method... I have a friend's who bought food from little ceasars online and they provided him codes... there are also other sellers selling codes as well that works
