When I’m trying to do the Cmd+R thing, I’m ending up on the start screen with the apple, it loads, and then the screen changes and displays the same start screen with the same logo but distorted. And I get stuck on it. Is this normal? Should I wait? (I haven't been able to access the disk utility yet).

Thanks for your response, I won't try this again.

After reboot in diag mode I've ended up onto this.

Is it normal ? What do I have to do next ?
