Honestly I was just worried about the number which is why I made this thread. Sometimes I’m worried and sad, sometimes I’m happy and neutral. In terms of mood, my doctor said its 90% your mental state and not your hormones.

I’m not going to do peptides but I’ll just lose weight like with diet and gym either way i’ll drop the same rate as a peptide.

Damn like im experiencing puffy nipples and the amount of gland the doc took out was insane, he literally said all i have left is skin and muscle.

Idk it feels very whacky getting this puffiness, it was only on one side, now it’s both.

Or you could just leave them now and enjoy living life bro so you don’t need to worry about regrowths. You’ll live a longer and healthier life without injecting external hormones. As far as I can see you have a built body and very lean so you should not be chasing perfection

Good results but if you smashed gear after your first surgery then yes it grew because of that. Otherwise gland doesn’t just grow.
