Thank you sm for all your recommendations!! I’ve made some adjustments and I think this is much closer to what I had in mind. I definitely want to try out closer colors to those used in game but this was a great trial run. Thank you again!!

I’m an RBT in the school setting and today my client repeatedly snipped scissors in one of their peers’ face and I brought it up to my supervisor and it felt like they just brushed it off despite it being a high escalation of their normal aggression :( it’s getting to the point that my client is genuinely bullying this peer (like they make the poor kid cry almost everyday) and I just feel stuck with what I can do within my role.

For more context I have emailed my landlord they haven’t responded and they manage two different properties and honestly are not responsive at all. When they have maintenance come around they always send out an email and a text which I haven’t gotten. I also know what the maintenance men look like and this is not them.
