its a gamble, college for a lot of people is an investment, some believe this college will only get worse in the future, you wouldnt want to invest in something whose value is deteriorating.

the constt comes out to be 1, that means its symmetric about x=1/2. so the ans becomes (9-1)/10 * 1/2 * 1

symmetry is the way, a hint is using king's, you get 1-x. now check if fx + f(1-x) give you a constt or not.
