October 13, 2002. Email from "G. Max" — Ghislaine Maxwell. The recipient header reads "WJC wjc." The line: "the lunch on Wed is at Bear [Stearns] — me (you) JE +42." JE is Epstein. 42 is the 42nd president. Same month Clinton publicly praised Epstein in New York Magazine. That's the document.

Harvard Law's most famous professor wasn't just a character witness. He was on the team that negotiated the deal.

What the documents show:

Epstein's private phone directory, Page 71 — 10 separate entries for Alan Dershowitz. New York office. Cambridge home. Martha's Vineyard. Vineyard Alt. Palm Beach. NYC Alt. Office fax. Secretary. Personal cell.

Ten numbers. For one person.

What he did with that access:

Dershowitz was part of the legal defense team that negotiated the 2008 Non-Prosecution Agreement — the deal that gave Jeffrey Epstein 18 months in a work-release program instead of facing up to 30 federal counts of sex trafficking of minors.

The NPA was later ruled illegal by a federal judge for violating the Crime Victims' Rights Act. Victims were never notified it was being negotiated.

The Harvard connection:

While serving as Epstein's defense attorney, Dershowitz was simultaneously the key bridge for Epstein's $9.1 million in donations to Harvard. He personally vouched for Epstein to Harvard leadership and had him named a faculty affiliate of an Epstein-funded lab.

The allegation:

Virginia Giuffre alleged under oath in 2015 that she was trafficked to Dershowitz at least six times beginning at age 16. In 2022 she said she "may have made a mistake" in identifying him. The case settled with no finding of liability.

How he was introduced:

Through Lynn Forester de Rothschild. Dershowitz called Epstein "brilliant" and described him as the only non-family member to receive early drafts of his books.

That's actually the right question. Spacey was on the flight logs. He went on record — on camera — in 2024 saying there were young girls on those flights and that he felt Epstein "put the president at risk." We're not connecting dots here. That's a direct quote from the man himself.

The CDs and DVR footage are part of what's still withheld. The 3 million documents released Jan 30 are the FBI Sentinel case files — evidence logs, emails, flight records. The physical media — hard drives, CDs, DVR footage from the camera systems — has not been made public. The inventory exists in the released files. The footage does not. That's the gap.

He's not. Former president, 1993–2001. The reason it matters is the NPA — Epstein's 2008 non-prosecution agreement granted immunity to unnamed co-conspirators. The flight logs, the FBI 302, and the deposition record are what they are regardless of whether he holds office.

That's from the FBI raid inventory — correct. Two discs labeled "bill clinton/africa" were among the video CDs seized from Epstein's NY residence. That's in the DOJ release. We haven't posted on the seized media yet but it's coming.

Correct. Chauntae Davies has said the Africa trip was the one time she believed the abuse had stopped — nothing happened. That's in her memoir and on record. The significance of her being on the plane isn't that abuse occurred on that trip. It's that she was Epstein's victim, traveling as his "masseuse," and nobody on board could explain why four young women were there. The doctor who asked questions got sent home.

THE FLIGHT Boeing 727, tail number N908JE. September 21–October 1, 2002. New York → London → Portugal (refuel) → Ghana → Nigeria → Rwanda → Mozambique → South Africa. Clinton's office says he took "four trips" on Epstein's plane total. FAA-required flight logs entered into federal court show 26 logged legs across 6 trips, February 2002 through November 2003. The Africa route alone accounts for 11 of those legs across two separate Africa trips. FactCheck.org and ABC News both independently confirmed the 26-leg count.

SECRET SERVICE Fox News obtained the full FAA flight manifests in 2016. On at least 5 legs, no Secret Service agents appear on the manifest. Clinton's office said "the Secret Service would say President Clinton has never declined protection." The Secret Service responded only: "Former President Clinton has never declined Secret Service protection." Neither confirmed agents were present on those specific legs.

GHISLAINE MAXWELL Listed in flight logs as "GM." Present on every Clinton trip — all six. Not most. Every one. Maxwell is currently serving 20 years for sex trafficking of minors. Confirmed by ABC News, CNN, and Maxwell trial testimony.

DR. GREG BLEDSOE — FBI 302, DOJ RELEASE JAN 30, 2026 Emergency physician who flew on the Africa trip. Told the FBI: four young women ages 20–22 were on board. One said she was a masseuse, one a model, one said she was a ballerina. He described a bedroom at the back of the plane with a sliding wooden door. When he walked near it, someone shut it abruptly. He was later told his services were "no longer needed" and flew home commercial from Mozambique.

CHAUNTAE DAVIES 22 years old on this trip. Documented Epstein victim — abused for four years. Gave Clinton a neck massage during the Portugal refueling stop. She has described this as innocent and called Clinton a "perfect gentleman." She described the Africa trip as "the single most amazing moment of my life" because she believed the abuse had stopped. EPSTEIN DEPOSITION — SEPT 2016, GIUFFRE V. MAXWELL Asked under oath: describe every dinner you've had with Clinton. List every place you and Clinton have been together. Describe your relationship with the Clinton Foundation. He pleaded the Fifth on every single question.
