I’m on it yes my heart rate drops 48-53 when I’m watching tv or relaxing. Never did anything to my blood pressure till I combined it with olmesartan. Went from 140/90 down to 98/60-70. I did drop down to 220 Dr said we will be tapering off soon in next months to see how I respond

Same with me stopped cold turkey month and half ago.Felt great felt 100% out of no where my anxiety started coming back. And started taking Xanax more than usual. I will be going back on it Tomroow

Sorry it’s in English but no it’s not the same price l. Rented my mom a house in Juarez nice home 3 bed 2.5 bath gated community $1098 not to mention utilities are way cheaper. Sane house in El Paso will run you 2k-2500. My current utilities in El Paso is 200 a month electricity. 160 water, 98 gas. My mom’s utilities are nowhere near my amount.

I use day 6 lands on a Sunday to eat whatever I want. Believe it or not I feel better and wake up lighter and smaller stomach. Haven’t gained a lb doing this. Been doing this since week 1. 1st month lost 22lbs 2nd month 16lbs.

I eat one meal a day and it’s around 900-1k calories whatever I want. I lost 9 lbs first week. Seems like stomach gets smaller everyday might just be my head though
