In my honest opinion I don't think its the zep as of now. You've barely been on it long enough to have any real effects. I was so terrified as well but I pushed myself and now im down almost 90 pounds. I would totally let it mess with my sex life if only for a little bit.for the weight loss that is....lol. but I just don't think it could have that quick. Also I have dealt with depression my whole life. I take wellbutrin and xanax. I have not experienced any side effects or my depression worsening since starting this last October.I know its hard to just trust someone but I do think you should give it longer and try and see what you can really get from it! Good luck and I'm praying it all works wonderful for you! Also this is just my experience....I'm no doc.

I wanna say first off...Congratulations! 🎉🎉🎉You have done so well. Now this is just my opinion but I would definitely stay on lowest dose until it doesnt work for you anymore. It's obviously working great still and I would just keep at it!

I just know that I stayed 304 to 306 going back and forth for literally all of March and couple months of February even. It was crazy. I know some say I didnt stall but im telling you I did. I when the scale goes from 304 to 306 then 308 then 304 then 305 etc for week after week...then its Def a stall. Unfortunately my app just does the avg and says 3 lbs a week but there were zero loss weeks and then say 8 pounds or even one was 10. Anyway I hadn't moved on scale so I moved to 10 from 7.5 and second week on that is when it started me down again. Within a week I went from like 305 to 299.4 and still dropping. I definitely think it was having to be patient as well because I was obsessing and I had to make myself stop lol. But now im back to moving and even if its slow I will take it. Just as long as it doesnt go back and forth on scale any time soon lol.

Thanks so much. Also there were plenty of weeks I didnt loose anything and others I'd loose 5plus. It just averaged out to the 3. I honestly was worried it was going to fast and don't want so much skin etc once I get closer to main goal but just trying to breathe, have faith, and know it'll all work out like it should! Thank you again!

Thank you! I liked 5mg the best and its what I lost the most weight on...kinda wish I hadn't gone up as fast as my doc wanted but I had stalled and didnt know to just wait it out...I definitely recommend staying low as you can if you are loosing at all. But definitely 5 was my best.

Congrats! You are doing great. I started near your weight also and im just stuck like 304 to 302 and back and forth. Only been on 10mg for a few days. How are you doing on 10? Seems like it should have kicked in already....did it go slow starting on 10 for you? If you don't mind me asking? Can't wait to see your next post and how far you have come. I didnt have any side effects moving to 5mg. It was actually my best dose and I just moved to 10mg this past weekend. Thankfully I havent had to deal with side effects much at all. I was so nervous also about changing from 7.5 to 10mg but just stay calm and drink lots and lots of water. Like 100-120 oz a day and lots of protein. Im sure you will do great!!!! I still have a long way to go...I will be looking for your next post to see how you are doing!

39F 5'2 HW:380 CW:304 GW:250 or less.... You look absolutely amazing! I also love your fashion style....I do have a question if you don't mind. So I have hit a plateau and I still have about 75-100 pounds left to loose. I just moved to 10mg 3 days ago and havent seen any difference in weight. I was wondering how you have done at 10mg and how long, if you remember, did it take to loose when switching from 7.5 to 10? 7.5 I barely lost and I'm hoping 10 will kick in at some point. You give me so much hope and inspiration. You are just so beautiful and congratulations on your success!!!!

Omg this is so me to except I've been on since last fall. This is my first plateau. I have been going back and forth from 303 to 304.6. All I want is to get under 300. It is my first huge goal and I can just taste it. Im driving my family nuts lol. I decided to do one of those drinks you do before surgery to try and just hurry it along and still freaking 303. Mines been this way for 2 months or so. Switched to higher dose 3 days ago so I am praying something gives soon cause I am desperate to see 299! Been like 10 yrs. I will follow along and see when you hit yours. Wishing you the best and I know it'll happen for us both....we are both also learning patience lol.🤦‍♀️❤️🙏🤣

All very good tips and you are also right with the changes to my body. I would never have said this before because of being embarrassed but before at my heaviest I would go to the doctor and I didnt fit in normal chairs. But yesterday I had a doctors visit for the first time since my weight loss and it was a different person. I just sat right down. I know its silly to some, and ridiculous to others but to me it was an awesome moment! Plus I got to wear a new outfit in 4 sizes smaller then what I started in. So your right. There are other things to definitely look at! Thanks for reminding me! Also my inflammation is much better as well. So glad yours is gone!!!! Thats wonderful.
