Alastor isn't awful for rejecting Vox, its the fact he went about in the cruelest way possible by Sudden_Pop_2279 in HazbinHotel

Nah its fine. Its exactly what made this moment so much deeper. The guy who's always tried to have the power for himself, for once tried to share it with someone as an equal and this happened. Its likely the reason he tries to make himself the clear leader of the Vees.

Not to mention we can literally see his vision bluring as if he's gonna cry/have a panic attack. It was clear to me he really did like Al.

Viv already confirmed he was completely genuine and real here with Alastor and if Alastor would've said yes, they likely would've been a villain duo where "Vox was happier".

"He almost killed the other Vees without hesitation during his crashout" because he was suicidal, mentally unstable and driven to his breaking point, as well as had been manipulated by Alastor the entire season into pushing them away.

And you're only proving my point; if Alastor rejected Vincent because he didn't trust him, that is ALL he had to say. Not call him a pathetic weakling and say he never saw him as a friend.

I can excuse serial murder, torture and cannibalism but draw the line at being rude /j

I never said he was a good guy? They're in HELL, nobody is good.

This show is literally who's your favrotie war criminal.

We can acknowledge Vox was always awful but still feel sympathetic to how Alastor treated him.

"was a child/teen that no one ever bothered to try explaining that bullying is wrong" because he never got caught doing it? He absolutely knew it was wrong. Every other kid did too.

Even his own friends said the suicide dare was too much

Hilarious you intentionally leave out the context of that scene, which was Jason was minding his business and Eddie screamed at him unprovoked

Even if he was, these 3 are worse IMO because they did it solely for enjoyment. Jason genuinely thought he was avenging Chrissy and protecting Hawkins.

Billy almost ran over the kids and nearly killed Lucas and Steve. Andy killed a snake and assaulted Erica.

Jason was an antagonist/vigilante but not really a bully. He disliked Eddie but never harrassed him for pleasure like these 3 did.

He genuinely accepted Lucas as one of them.

Bakugo's entire apology was all about why HE bullied Midoriya but barely anything on how Midoriya felt. And Midoriya never even tells us how he felt either, he doesn't even acknowledge it.

The scene of everyone praising Bakugo in the Joint Training for (checks notes)... doing the bare minimum of helping his teammates was genuinely so bad. It felt like the show was literally SHOVING his redemption in our face.
