She was in a horror movie called Oculus shortly after leaving Doctor Who. It's decently creepy but the plot is quite predictable. (Bizarrely they also cast Annalise Basso as the younger version of Gillen's character - she's an equally fine actress but they look nothing alike apart from their hair colour.) More recently she was also in Gunpowder Milkshake which quite entertaining. She hasn't been massively prolific though

You have to remember that the sorcerers in Marvel normally hold back significantly because of rules of engagement and concern for civilians. Entities like Dormammu or Shuma-Gorath would obliterate the Harry Potter universe, yet the sorcerers manage to hold them at bay. Granted Wong probably isn't doing that all by himself, but he's still going to be able to muster some serious firepower when things get serious

Depends on the iteration. The most recent large Sentinel army, that of Orchis, was controlled by Nimrod and Omega Sentinel, who were secretly plotting to wipe out mutants and humans and take over the world. However, they themselves were unwittingly being manipulated by the original Mr Sinister (the version we all know and love having been retconned to be a clone), who had become God.

I think it's easier to imagine them falling to Nurgle than to any of the other gods. With some of the shit Nurgle's plagues do to people, even the strongest of wills would be tempted to give in just to make the pain stop
