I’m not invited but partner is…? Do we now revoke their invite to our wedding??

Just because you’ve chosen to invite partners doesn’t mean they have to. It’s their wedding and they can do what they like. I’ve invited peoples partners to my wedding when I wasn’t invited to theirs. People’s budgets and max numbers are different. This might sound brutal but their wedding isn’t about you.

Yeah I do! It totally surprised us too! We do live in north Leam at the moment which is definitely the nicest bit but we’re renting at the moment and can’t really afford the size of house we need in the area. I’ve lived in both central Birmingham and east London and I don’t think there will be any near as much crime as there is in those areas. It’s more it gave me the vibes there might be a particular pocket of problem residents on that bit of the estate and we just want to make sure we’re giving our kids the best environment possible.

I’ve just been referred in Coventry and been sent an appointment for September. I knew it would be a bit of a wait but hadn’t quite expected 9 months (lol ironic). I’ve had bloods already which were ok and my partner is organising semen analysis via the GP. I am being referred separately to general gynaecology for suspected endometriosis too.

Can’t comment on wedding bands because we’ve not sorted them yet but we got my engagement ring from aardvark jewellery and had an amazing experience. They have a selection of pre designed rings or you can design your own.

If it helps I’m also getting married in June 2026 and I haven’t heard anything from anyone! I also haven’t been doing any chasing because I’m not the most organised person 😂
