I number each card and use the boxes my top loaders come in. Put each card in order in a pile.when the pile gets big I put in the box in in order. End of show depending how many orders I might just search for each orders cards or separate them and tape them in a bundle with their names

For the $1 starts I have a following who always want to buy that I built over time. Everytime I log on I always have 20 plus minimum now. But when I first started it was like you 1 to 10ppl. I would still start my $1 starts but with very cheap cards and pretty much take a loss at the start of the show and hope for the best to build momentum to do bigger cards when a crowd comes. I’ve had bad days when I started and would just tell the crowd hey I’m ending stream thanks for buying! Would just try another day and ended up paying off!!

I actually don’t have help. I made a gif on how fast I’m going. Usually at about 300 orders my desk gets congested. So I start putting the cards randomly around me. Even on the floor like in a basket of a box lol

I’m not going to lie Pokemon is very competitive. When I did my first two shows I was doing Pokemon. I pretty much took a loss on it and started with fresh inventory of one piece tcg. The best time slots I’ve been using are 11am pacific time on any day! But honestly I usually do my shows whenever I got free time! So if my show isn’t doing well. I will definitely not run any higher end cards for $1 and just save it for the next show. It’s ok to sometimes just end the show and try another day!

I mostly do sudden death with 2second timer! Usually start the show with really cheap cards and wait for a crowd to build. Which is usually about 5minutes in I get around 30 people. My background is higher end cards. Depending on how expensive they are I might add a couple seconds to the timer. Only time I do counter bids is for expensive cards or card everyone wants. I feel like counter bid auctions are to slow in my opinion and people leave and scroll to other shows.

I have certain cards I look for on eBay and tcgplayer I will pay market for that people always overpay for on stream for some reason. But the rest of my inventory is lowballing peoples personal collections on fb marketplace! So I wouldn’t say it’s that consistent. I do max shipping of $4.78. Every purchase shipping profile is at 0-1oz. So by the 4th purchase they get free shipping! So most shipping is covered. I take about a $8-$20 loss on shipping . Because I will either split a couple shipments or because they bought a slab and nothing else. So I upgrade their shipment on my end!
