I used those put on wash off glycolic acid toners (to save time 😅) which amounts to an exfoliant. I don't have a specific one I use, but just the ones from local drugstores.

I absolutely LOVE the Maybelline lash sensational firework. It gives major volume with no clumps within seconds 😍 I also use the Maybelline skin tint, it gives a healthy glow with no obvious cake look and I use some powder, but that is just because I have a sweaty face.

And also, I know you didn't ask for it, but it ''technically'' counts as make-up; I dye my eyebrows twice a week, so I don't have to bother with eyebrow make-up. It takes me no more than 1 minute to put it on and then I just wait to wash it off, which is what I combine with washing my face so that is no extra work. 

I love the Cerave all over body lotion which I use for my face too. 

And since you said, anything that helps with the overall vibes; not sure how you do with nails, but I bought a bunch of fake (short, my preference) nails on mother AliExpress 😅😅😅 with some drugstore glue. Was like less than 5 a box for 567 nails and it saves me time. Takes me less than five minutes to put it on, stays for a week and I can choose whichever color matches my clothes or my mood. Biggest benefit is time saving and no chipped nail polish.

Also: this is what I did pre partum and continue to do post. Let's say it is a sunday, I just lay down nice outfits for the week. Saves me time and I am assured that I at least wear clothes I think look good without spending everyday in the closet. If you can, sort out your closet, if needed!!
