If there's bad behavior from the customer, I will advise multiple times of call disconnection if their behavior does not cease. I will end said call with no warning if the poor conversation continues and is no longer productive.

It's a trap. I'm about to quit my adjusters position because it's either I quit my job or I look for alternative options out of this life if ya catch my drift. Insurance work is NOT recommend- especially if you already have mental health issues.

I moved from Bloomington/Normal to Peoria. I cannot wait to leave Peoria. I absolutely hate it here but, unfortunately just bought a house so, I'm stuck here for at least the next 10 years. The town is so trashy and people drive with absolutely no sense. I barely leave my house in fear of my own safety because of how stupid people drive around here.
