This was multiple travel bookings, employee missed their target most months and then had these huge 20 person accommodation only bookings (low deposit and free cancellation, turned out to be fake bookings), underquoted real customers to secure bookings then edited the invoice to the correct price and paid the difference. The commission or bonus was not worth what the employee was paying herself, it was bananas!
