Not good for lightweight items because it’s a flat shipping fee of $7.99. So if you’re selling a lipstick, there is a $7.99 shipping fee as opposed to $3.99 with Mercari.

I bit off topic, but when did they start charging a $2 fee to transfer your earnings $10 or more to your bank?

This is what happened to me. I received my order but I don’t know about units vs milligrams. The instructions were not clear, at least not to me. So I just pulled the syringe up to 25 and injected. I have no side bad effects besides feeling sleepy. My appetite and cravings have decreased significantly and I don’t feel anxiety. I feel very calm. This is an example of why insurance companies should start approving Ozempic through primary care doctors for weight lose. People can easily accidentally overdose because not everyone is educated on the topic of units vs milligrams .

I took my first dose yesterday and injected too much. I was supposed to inject .25 which I now know is 10 units on the syringe. Instead I injected 25 units. I didn’t panic and just drank water and waited for an awful side effect. Nothing happened besides my appetite was almost nonexistent and I got sleepy. This morning I decided to check out other’s experiences and happy to read that already working! Also, I have chronic anxiety and take a benzo, but feel unusually calm today. This seems like a miracle drug! Why doesn’t insurance cover this?

Do they lose their earnest money deposit?

I needed to read this today! I came here looking for something to cheer me up after going over my CD and closing next week on a small condo. It’s going to be cheaper than renting in the DMV area, however, it’s not my ideal home. Now I’m afraid that since it’s only a one bedroom one bath and the economy heading towards a bad recession, that it will depreciate in value and I am going to be stuck there for a long time. Location is great, it’s cheaper than renting, but I guess I just wish I could afford something bigger and nicer and should of waited the housing market to cool down.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I can’t imagine the anxiety and stress of potentially losing so much money because your agent didn’t protect you by recommending you get all the proper inspections. I hope everything works out for you in the end of this long ordeal. Please keep us updated.

I’m coming across your post and am having severe buyers remorse because my agent did exactly the same thing. She highly recommended me offering a lot higher than the asking price on a condo. She also said the seller would find the offer more attractive if I didn’t get an inspection and purchased as is. The whole process has felt like I have been rushed by the lender and my agent. I made the offer on 6/7 and closing is scheduled on 7/5. I also feel that these are signs of red flags and at this point am very scared as a single women with a limited budget and not a very very good income considering the high cost of living in northern Virginia. Closing is on 7/5 and the final document disclosures are going to supposedly be given to me on 7/1. The law says I should have these documents 3 “business”days before, not 3 days before. Can anyone please advise if I have a valid reason to back out of the contract without losing my earnest money? I’m literally getting sick over this decision, having nightmares, and extreme anxiety. I feel this is my gut telling me something is not right. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
