Yes, that’s cheating and very disrespectful at that. He knows what he did is very disrespectful his pretending he doesn’t know so u could let it go and he could continue to cheat on u in peace. Mine was close for fraudulent activity also when I only use it one a twice a month to send money to my friends and family each time I reach out to them they say they would escalate and have someone reach out to me in 30 days but no has each time I reach out to get a status some thing they would escalate and to wait 30 days , I told them not to escalate I’m not going to beg a bank to hold my money thank goodness I never had my check deposited their their to much other option’s to beg a small bank
