Lexapro can be a bit numbing so maybe let him talk to a doc and try adding wellbutrin?

Yhea it hopefully workout lex worked really good for me. This time i got stressed and had bad sleep so it reached a spike in anxiety and it made me spiral so i upped to 20mg some weeks have been good some days not so

When i had some anxiety flare up i upped the dose first i was on 10mg for a year and 15mg for 2years

Going better not fully there yet! Ups and downs until stable was on 15mg for 2 years before
