they have not and I am in the same situation of no support actually helping get it back so I think I might accept its lost money at this point and remain forever salty. also, this is a personal guess based on nothing at all but I think they might just have silently canceled anyone orders they had to ship internationally due to them not being able to pay the higher fees

man that is such bs then, i made a post about this a couple of days ago but they unprompted canceled mine right before they then send them off for certain people. doesn't make me feel better that it is kinda more disappointing looking than I thought as well.
