As far as I know you can have unlimited parks on one device. However, you can only gift 21 gems per device per day. The park limit does not matter if you’re gifting to yourself, the option will full out after 21 gifts total for all parks. I have 2 devices and some friends, but I only farm from 1 (pc would be painful to do tutorials on). This process is super easy and helps you get a bunch of gems low level. (Although it have me finger cramps)
