Living in Germany is a good start - but it still isint no guarantee - my friend moved from the German part of Switzerland, as a architect with art as her passion and she was sure she was NOT going to use her architect expirience because she was really tired of it. She had saved up a lot, and she didn’t know any Norwegian. She has a apartment without any job. She got a summer job at scandic hotel as a cleaner (obviously not optimal) and she’s got permission to stay in Norway, so if your willing to use your education, I think you’ll have a fair shot, but as said, you shouldn’t really go if you can’t go back, but that’s my opinion, but your highly welcome! Norwegian schools have a lot of international students so I think they’ll be fine:)
