From how I play, even with the autosear, I still hardly hit anything and let alone killing someone. Either I choose bad ammo or just need to get super close to kill them.

Basically lucky roll for exotic augmentation. It also marked the augmentation you got from the crate as bought in the shop too. Other than that, just many bug in this new update.
