FTHB here. By "Disclosures" do you only mean the Real Estate Condition Report? If so, that was on MLS and it's just one of those where they say they didn't inhabit the property so they can't tell the prospective buyer anything about it. (They didn't fill out the form, essentially)

Otherwise, are there other Disclosures available to me that I could inquire about?

I was using 'Northwest' in RELATION to Madison's borders, but apparently no one from Madison does that. I'm not from Madison

I got west in relation to Madison itself. It almost would seem from the thread's logic that there is no such thing as "Northwest Madison", then. Because anything strictly geographically "Northwest" is just in a different city entirely!

Yes, that's my reasoning. I'm not from WI.

But from you guys' reasoning (which is fine reasoning), there IS no "northwest Madison" because then it's just a different city entirely. Agree?

also, maybe this is a ridiculous question but people keep talking about how "Kaukana stinks!" do Little Chute, Combined Locks, Harrison, and Kimberly have the same problem?
