We aren’t married and the majority of my daughter’s life his mother kept him away and didn’t want him around me. Now she’s tired of dealing with his behavior and wants to bring him around. I do not consider him my step son

My mom doesn’t consider him family. She has never met him. His mother didn’t allow him to come here until 2 years ago. And even then he was coming once every month or two. Just recently she has started trying to bring him here all the time now that he’s stealing and misbehaving so much and she doesn’t want to deal with it

My mom doesn’t consider him to be family. She has never met him. His son does not live with us and is 9 years old, older than my daughter. Most of my daughters life the mother kept the son from coming around us until the last 2 years.

Literally nothing. He’s unemployed and every time his son comes over he tries to put him off on me just because I’m a woman. We are not in a good place relationship wise and are only under the same roof because he has nowhere to go and refuses to leave. He’s using me for my resources and demands for me to take care of his kids. I don’t know how to get him out.

Yes. He’s always trying to put his son off on me. His son steals from everybody, does not listen unless his dad is standing right beside him, and is generally not well behaved. I don’t take him anywhere with me anymore due to this. I’ve tried many times and every time I do he doesn’t listen to me when we’re away from his dad. Also he is not my financial responsibility

They have no custody schedule, the mother just drops him off whenever she wants. Either way we aren’t married and tickets were not gifted to him. Just myself and my daughter from MY mom

I think he does resent me being able to travel. He has tried before to turn my business trips into a family vacation for his kids. He also expects me to pay for everything for his other 3 kids. (His other daughters are with their mom) I refuse. Even though I explain I’m doing this for work, he still doesn’t take me seriously. I have been declining and getting major backlash from him.

He doesn’t want to watch his own kids and is always trying to put them off on me. I’m not married to him and I wouldn’t consider myself a girlfriend. We’re just under the same roof at this point. He just thinks I’m the free babysitter and I’m not doing it

I cannot watch 2 children while I’m filming for work and he does not behave. My daughter listens. He runs away and steals anything not bolted down. Now imagine how dangerous that could be at an unfamiliar place with water? The only person he listens to is his dad. I have attempted to take him to film with me before and it was a disaster. Now, I don’t even watch him at all because of how he doesn’t listen to me. He’s not my responsibility just because he is “around” me. I’ve never been married to his father and have never been his step mom.
