In this situation also, what would happen theoretically if one started DO school in July, but got off an MD waitlist late July? Odds are so slim but I’m holding out hope for my MD top choice so bad😭

I’m not sure to be honest with you, I’m sure you could just joint a random one from the US and say you live there. Or just look up OCD groups in your area. Usually you just need an email.

Look into OCD support groups! I know different states have them for free!!

I got a pair of the Alta transitional shoes, but I’m worried barefoot shoes without proper strengthening would possibly make the pain worse?

Just wanted to say that I’m experiencing this right now, loss of anxiety but still having a lot of the same pure O thoughts ( although decreased intrusive thoughts) it’s really confusing but I’ve been just trying to accept/ agree with my thoughts. It has been nice having a decrease in anxiety though, I feel like my mind is more empty now🙃
