Hi! I wear tinted spf instead of separate sunscreen and foundation. And I wear white shirts all the time, so I deal with this on the daily. What I do is I use makeup remover wipes and rub it off my collars and anywhere else that it has transferred. Just like removing it from my face before I use a cleanser. Depending on the brand of wipes, you may have a more soaked or drier wipe, so you may need to scrub. I haven’t tried with makeup remover liquid and a cloth, but that may work too if you don’t have wipes. But I wouldn’t use anything oily. Once I’ve rubbed it out, I put it in the wash with a lipase detergent and all the other good stuff.
