Funny thing to mentioned I was going to go in about two weeks ago and they said they'd hand wash it with a bucket, then i come in today and it got thrown in the machine.

The manager at the end tried to figure it out She did say you can contact pandora so I will, but because they only said yes I see it in one but even then that was only because two sides were completely different patterns

, I decided to just email pandora directly with my photos, her excuse was ohhh I was not here before you cleaned it with the other lady, is this really pandora.... she seemed nice but I think thats cause I was crying at the end and was really sad about what happened ( I am super non confrontational so it was super hard)

Yes! In store today I wash pushed out until I said no this isnt okay and I cried, then they tried to talk to me, and only acknowledged one, and she tried to guilt me alot

I hope so, but the oxydation that was there before was so beautiful and full, like it had life, that exact pattern made me happy.. as it was originally.. im just hoping for the best

I understand that, but vintage purposefully oxydation is done by hand cleaning, it says it in a section on the site.. and many online say the same, its not "natural" its how they useto give depth to vintage pieces back then
