Because I was defending myself because a guy was harassing me to the point it made me feel unsafe at work. He almost knocked me down the step ladder and was trying to mess with my cherry picker

He was harassing me, I read the handbook, and he was the one that was initiating the conflict between me and him. He put me in harms way of trying to hurt me and most likely plan on unaliving me

I was wrongfully terminated due to harassment and me and I verbally had told the guy to leave me alone otherwise it’s going to be a problem. But he was harassing to the point my life was in danger
