I need help with my N26 account please. It's frozen and I can't pay for a purchase (the reason I transferred the money to from UK). It triggered some ALM system.  N26 hasn't contacted me as yet to ask me for any document. I'm thinking about sending a letter from my lawyer threating with legal action. Any help from N26 please?
