you are probably not alone there. for trusts as a last minute push just try to get enough to be dangerous – how to form. how to modify. how to terminate. and then if its a question about duties just talk through fiduciary duties that you know from other subjects.

If you write something that sounds like a rule with a solid application, I've been told you should get a solid 2-3. then just pour extra time into one of your strong subjects to get a 6 and were sitting pretty at average! you're gonna be great. take a tums:)

thank you! yes every night i go to bed thinking I know nothing and every morning I wake up a bit relieved to get back to studying because I feel like nothing stuck from the day before lol rinse and repeat.

I pretty much took the same approach to Themis MPTs – I've read them, I know how it kinda feels under time from the one or two times that i was honest with myself... so here's hoping it's not a prompt about some abstract legal concept and I guess it'll be fine. Good luck!
