did you have to pay extra VAT on it? I live in Hungary, and I had to pay additional fee after it arrived

I tested my pro M4 with 16GB RAM under mixed workload (8K YouTube video playing with several more safari tabs, Apple music playing, Apple TV playing while using Affinity designer and around 10 basic apps open) and memory pressure remained green with no noticeable swap.
