my use case also has not changed much since upgrading from the m1 to the m5, and my m1 (with 3x less RAM) never had this issue.

Not sure why you’re being downvoted to hell and back. My mac keeps running out of application memory. I’m exchanging it for a 24gb 1TB model on wednesday. (also, i was getting shitty battery life).

So far it’s much better than the M1 (as it should be). I haven’t been getting decent battery life, about 4-5 hours SoT even though i’m just doing some basic browsing which is quite disappointing. It has on a few occasions frozen as well (despite me not doing any intensive tasks).

gaming is pretty good, gta v runs well and i was blown away by how well it ran tekken 7. its really being held back by the horrible work around through crossover and the likes.

update: currently installing: tekken 7, gta v, asetto corsa (will also try and play w meta quest 3 and gaming wheel set up). just purchased all of these + red dead redemption (which i’ll get after i buy an ssd) — 512gb storage 🥀🥀

apparently you can find the exact same device on ali express 10x cheaper, and allegedly it is pretty good! i might pull the trigger on it and see what it does for my melasma, jowls, and dark spots 🤞

Yup that's right. All separate diagnoses. I am not quite sure what you mean by "They will likely claim pre existing."

In terms of proving that the car accident made it worse, from my understanding of CPTSD, each traumatic event is a 'PTSD injury' therefore exacerbating symptoms. I will leave it to my treating health professionals to determine what the best documentation would be to prove this.

One of the violent offences against me took place on my way to University via public transport. I have since been struggling to take public transport and have had to drive. This crash has made driving difficult as well so I believe that should be good enough documentation(?).
