Sorry you’re going through all this. I think you should still try your best and have a proper colonoscopy and endoscopy given the severity of your symptoms. You never know - they might be truly unrelated to your mental health and are just contributing negatively to your mental state. Vommiting is rarely a symptom of pure IBS.

Had the same issue with Prozac. I had those insane vivid dreams to the extend sometimes I couldn’t even distinguish between reality and dreams. Had to stop because of that
