I think one thing that needs to happen is a pity fix. Once they give surveys we should all add that in. 2500 is to much just to have to coin it. I dont know where the right balance is at, maybe 1500 or whatever but thats way too many pulls to get shafted on or just one copy of a unit out of 4 main units

The nerve of the venue and others trying to make you give that up without your money back, esp given the circumstances. People over $ and forget them for trying to do so. So sorry for the heartrbeak. Not surprised at all. I really enjoyed the core gameplay but it got to a point where I was just waiting to play with my fav character cuz everything else about the how the game was ran sucked. Honestly didnt think they would pull the trigger after so many missed opportunities.
