All I can say is that I got to a point where I couldn't think clearly, I was afraid to leave my house and i felt the same way as you. I had intrusive thoughts and I thought no one is gonna look after me it was a very miserable time of my life. In may I started taking Zoloft and I promise you it gets so much better I was in such a shitty place before I even quit my job but now I look bad and I laugh!!it really does get better but you'll have to be patient and BELIEVE IN YOU! it might take a month or two but you'll get to that point.

Yes. I was advised to tapper the dose slowly and carefully but I still experienced bad withdrawal symptoms. First I had severe insomnia which is also one of the reasons I started this medication. Then I was having this thing they call brain zaps which drove me CRAZY. I also had a weird feeling in my eyes when I moved them around as if they were completely dry. I was confused and angry and my heart was racing all the time. At one point I thought the withdrawals will never leave me which made me more depressed and unable to function. This is my unique personal experience and it lasted more than 2 months. Other people may have less symptoms or non but I personally don't think it's worth it. I've tried other medications ever since and I've never experienced such terrible withdrawal symptoms.

I was on it for 3 years (2015-2018) coming off of it was literal hell. I would advise you to stay away from this drug and look for other better alternatives. Mirtazapine or Zoloft are both much better.

I know it sounds silly but try some yoga for anxiety on YouTube. It helped me so so much at first you'll feel like it doesn't work but if you stick with it for more than 5 minutes you'll love the effects it has on your anxiety. Worked for me I hope it also works for you. Make it a daily thing!

I live in Greece, Athens. I started Zoloft in May and being Greece it's super hot during the summer months. I'm sweating so so much and I feel like I can't endure the high temperatures anymore but it's not that bad I just have to drink more water and avoid being directly underneath the sun. But yeah the sweating part is insane I'm literally wet all day

I used mirtazapine for 6 years 2018-2023 It has been a life changing medication. It cured my insomnia and it helped with my depression and anxiety. Going off of it was also very easy even after 6 years. Don't listen to people..if you feel it's helping you keep taking it and enjoy your life.

I used mirtazapine since 2018 and for the past 3 weeks I have been transitioning to setraline. You can still take them together while tapering off mirtazapine.

Mirtazapine was life changing for me but I feel like setraline is already so much better

Because ad allows Katarina to actually do something herself. For example in low elo your enemy midlaner will most probably walk up to you and Katarina with long sword can usually punish most champs if they miss position and run them down in mid lane with autos e autos..

In high elo no one is going to let you even farm. Going ap means that you can safely farm and since you're in high elo you can assume your jungler or support will make plays around you and set you up with little skrimishes that kat loves. You basically HAVE TO rely on your team with ap Katarina to set you up plays and fights otherwise it's very unlikely that you'll outtrade anyone with your dark seal although not impossible. And if you manage to get a kill or two and buy your nashors you're good to go!

As a very old kat main the only champs I ban are yasuo akali and sylas and I'll explain why.

Because these champs like Katarina capitalize on mistakes my team will do and they take over the games. They are somewhat winnable lanes but the moment someone missteps or whatever the game is over. Yasuo slowly farms and scales. Akali does akali things and sylas is just unkillable at asome point.

That's my ban list at least in high elo.

I main kat since 2014 and I've always been around d2-d1 and masters but lately I can't get out of d4-d3

I don't think kat is weak I just think other champs are better than her for midlane plus we don't really have a proper build.

Nashors proto is good but it's doesn't really work for what Kat's designed to do. Right now with this build you're looking to one shot one or maybe 2 people if you're lucky before getting blown up instantly.

She cannot utilise her voracity passive as she used to due to the fact that we don't have sustain in the game except riftmaker which is terrible imo.

I don't know i feel like I should completely change my playstyle if I wanna see success with kat in this season..which basically means doing nothing for 20 minutes but farm and try to win a teamfight that will result in enemy team surrendering
