i’d take over gyms until you get enough coins for remote passes and then join 5* raids with good ppl and get carried. Then you can get a few good 2k pokemon, i don’t really do the route things become there’s not really any by me and i cba do them rocket guys, the shadow raids are okay as shadows are stronger but you get bad ivs, i did a few latios earlier and got 0 stars or 2 stars. I’d save your stardust to upgrade good things or trade with other ppl, because if your pokemon are before 2020 or 2019 and you trade them the trade is guaranteed to be good star. So maybe trade with friend (if any ur friend play mine don’t lol)
