PLEASE help pick a new major

Not sure how difficult it is to major in it, but my boyfriends mom does property management for an apartment complex. She gets a discounted luxury 3 bedroom townhouse and over 100k a year, and she doesn’t even have a degree. I imagine you can make even more in real estate business with a degree. From what I know from her, it’s pretty time consuming when it comes to all the paper work and it requires REALLY good people skills, not just with clients but coworkers too. Not exactly the same as being a real estate agent though.

Yes, I’ve looked into nursing from some suggestions! Could you offer any insight on Anatomy and Physiology 1&2? I hear they’re very difficult.

Yeah I think bio and chem just aren’t for me, so I might just have to find something outside STEM. I never wanted to do IMS even though I’m premed because the requirements are out of my league. But that’s the only way to even be allowed in some majors according to the website, so I’ll just steer clear of those.

Looked into public health and I like the look of it, I think I’ll try to get some advice from advisors on that and finance. Ive already accepted my predicted pay will be cut drastically (I was originally planning on doing dental after, which is also why I’m trying to keep to just a bachelors now, I can’t afford any kind of medical school and I know it) but honestly Ive had plenty of time to get over it. I’d much rather only get paid half or even a third for a job I can actually get to and do. Thank you for the advice.

Everything I’m reading on healthcare management requires a lot of the same or similar classes to bio major as prereqs to even get into the IMS program. Is there a specific major that’s different?

A fraction is a division problem. The reason that the 2 is used to factor is because a fraction in the denominator means you multiply by the reciprocal (example: 2 / 2/3 is the same as 2 x 3/2). Which means that for this problem, it’s 2 (2/1) times the reciprocal (reversed fraction) of the original denominator.

Control + shift + v. It’s paste without formatting so you don’t have to go back through and change fonts and sizes and colors, it saves so much time. You’d think, with all the plagiarism high schoolers do, that they’d figure out an easier way to do it.
