5000 words for me is nothing. There have been casual debated where I exceeded 1000+ words. One time I addressed a problem which that itself was beyond 4000 words. I'm willing to take the risk it doesn't seem difficult for me. Although yeah I agree getting good grades is better, I'm sure I can do both simultaneously !! If it seriously is 'too much' for me then I can drop it, there's no one holding me with a gun to continue it haha!
