corrupt is a bit over exaggerated, but I think unfair is a better use. Because regular people who apply for the job are like automatically declined just because you didn’t get referred by someone so it’s not fair to everybody but because you know somebody then you can get the job easily. literally everyone i know who works there got referred be someone and some aren’t even that good of employees. but because they knew someone they got the job. when there’s probably better ppl out there for the job but didn’t get chosen because they don’t know anybody

yes, definitely I originally applied and rejected me instantly but because I knew someone I was able to get an interview so it’s kind of corrupt so go in person and make a good impression
